About Me

Jill Pratt is a life and mind-body coach who works with professionals around the world focused on global social justice issues. 
She finds meaning in walking with clients as they seek to remain grounded in who they truly are, connected to their core values across diverse contexts, and amidst life’s biggest challenges. 
Having used the mind-body healing approach to heal from over 20 years of chronic migraine and other symptoms, Jill brings this life-changing work into her coaching with a passion for educating others about how to heal from neuroplastic pain and other brain-induced symptoms. 
Prior to becoming a coach, Jill's most recent work focused on political advocacy in the Middle East. She has lived and worked in China, Japan, Kenya, and throughout the Middle East, with much time spent in Europe. She holds a MA in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller School of Intercultural Studies, has a Brené Brown Dare to Lead Trained certification, and studied with mind-body medical experts Dr. Howard Schubiner and Hal Greenham in their Practitioner Training in Practical Neuroplasticity and The Emerging Mindbody Revolution in Chronic Pain Treatment.
In all of her work, Jill provides her clients with a consistent and safe coaching relationship as they get clear on their transformation goals and make the leaps necessary to reach them. 

Why Work With Me

I bring a unique worldview to my clients based on years of professional and personal experience working outside of my home culture, which equips me to listen at depth across a range of client experiences.
I have also experienced firsthand how much more I can do with the support of a life coach. I was able to make the biggest and best decisions over the past decade because I had the safe container of a coaching relationship. My coach was there to bear witness to my life and assist me in seeing it with clarity. Coaching helped me to find a deep alignment between my internal and external selves, which is what motivated me to become a coach myself so that I could share this gift with like-minded people.

How We Heal

In addition to individual life coaching, I work with my colleague Michelle Wiegers, a mind-body coach. I co-lead live group courses with her on healing from chronic pain and fatigue for students from around the world. I started my own healing journey in 2019 after meeting Michelle and her introducing me to the mind-body healing approach. Several months later I healed from over 20 years of chronic migraine, as well as neck and upper back pain, and TMJ. I have since studied under Dr. Howard Schubiner, a leading mind-body medical expert. I have seen people regain their lives through this work and believe everyone has a right to this knowledge, and ultimately, to healing.
